2. Event Registration & Tickets

2.1 Registration

• All event registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by Cosmoverse.

• Ticket holders must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified.

• Registration information must be accurate and complete.

2.2 Payment

• All ticket sales are processed through our authorized ticketing partners.

• Prices are listed in the currency specified on the website.

• All fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Cosmoverse.

2.3 Refund Policy

• Ticket refunds are only available if the event is cancelled by Cosmoverse.

• No refunds will be provided for failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure.

• Transfer of tickets to another person may be permitted with prior written approval from Cosmoverse.

2.4 Cancellation by Organizer

• Cosmoverse reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of cancellation, attendees will receive a full refund of ticket costs.

• Cosmoverse is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Violation may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Event Content

• All content presented at Cosmoverse events, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is protected by copyright.

• Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4.2 Cosmoverse Branding

• The Cosmoverse name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.

• Unauthorized use of Cosmoverse intellectual property is prohibited.

5. Photography, Video & Media

5.1 Event Photography

• By attending Cosmoverse events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

• Cosmoverse may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff.

5.2 Closed-Door Sessions

• Certain sessions may operate under Chatham House Rules or be designated as no-recording zones.

• Photography and recording are strictly prohibited in designated areas.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 Independent Views

• Cosmoverse is an independent platform. Views expressed by speakers, panelists, and participants are their own and do not represent the views of Cosmoverse, its organizers, sponsors, or partners.

• Cosmoverse is not responsible for the actions or services of third-party vendors, including venues, hotels, or transportation providers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Violators will be removed from the event and may be banned from future Cosmoverse events.
